Not a crisis service

No Medicare rebate

Medicare rebates are not currently available for LLP counselling services. Session fees are charged as listed on the Fees page. Clients are responsible for paying session fees in accordance with LLP’s billing and cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Please contact LLP as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
